Profile
I chose a double degree in Computer Science Engineering and Human-Computer Interaction because most problems I was working on had a technical root and landed directly on people using the product. Understanding only one side made me slower at solving either.
When a problem arrives I find myself asking two things at once: where the user is stuck, and what in the system is producing it. At Venchi it was e-commerce. At Citylink it was public transport and six departments that had never owned the same flow together. The entry point changes. The question stays the same.
Right now I am leading an independent engagement from discovery to delivery as sole contributor.

Independent Engagement · Freelance
Dec 2025 – Present
Freelance product engagement: end-to-end ownership of a B2B2C platform from discovery through delivery, working directly with the client and end users.
- Ran discovery with client and end users; identified that friction concentrated pre-commitment around financial alignment, not post-booking management; pivoted the MVP scope before any build began.
- Leading end-to-end delivery across product definition, Figma design and AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Replit); sole contributor across the full product cycle without a dedicated engineering team.

Citylink – Smart Mobility by ATM, Milan, Italy
April 2024 – August 2025
Citylink is ATM’s spinoff for mobility and smart technology in Milan, responsible for the city’s public transport app and the new digital transport cards. I owned core in-app journeys and the cross-channel operational processes connecting the product to six internal departments.
- Redesigned the digital pass pre-launch testing strategy, surfacing critical iOS compatibility issues that would have broken a core user journey at launch; established operational processes covering finance accountability, sales reporting and support handling across all product types.
- Drove cross-functional alignment across 6 departments, each owning a fragment of the customer refund journey and resistant to reorganising around a shared flow; established a unified operating model with defined ownership and escalation paths, securing IT capacity commitment from teams that had initially resisted.
- Owned product definition for 3 service integrations (bike-sharing, ZTL access check, digital pass) through full discovery-to-spec cycles: 2 progressed through design and development with engineering before external roadmap changes deprioritised them; 1 reached validated specs and a structured third-party proposal.
- Designed and built automated workflows (Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric) to streamline tech escalation of 70+ weekly support cases, each requiring manual data gathering across multiple systems; optimised team capacity by ~1 FTE.
- Built BI dashboards and dataflow pipelines (Microsoft Fabric Gen2, Power BI) consolidating previously siloed data into a shared operational view used by three teams: product, finance and transport ops.

Venchi S.p.A., Milan, Italy
October 2021 — April 2024
Venchi is an Italian chocolate and gelato brand with e-commerce across EMEA and US markets. I had full backlog ownership of their Dynamics 365 Commerce E-comerce platform: discovery, prioritisation, delivery and release coordination with external engineering partners.
- Directed qualitative UX research across 16 users (8 pre, 8 post, mixed mobile and desktop) with a third-party consultancy; findings revealed product categorisation mirrored internal inventory logic rather than user mental models, leading to a full information architecture rework.
- Led Apple Pay and Google Pay integration across 4 markets (Italy, UK, EMEA and US), coordinating Microsoft, Adyen and Google to resolve connector issues on the first live D365 e-commerce implementation; recorded organic adoption from day one, ahead of any marketing activation.
- Rolled out the omnichannel loyalty program: designed the DB and Azure Function infrastructure (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet), tracked adoption to 20,000 active wallet passes within 5 months; architected scalable flows for future real-time wallet notifications.
- Diagnosed and resolved two critical production failures when external consultants couldn’t: reduced peak-season order sync from 2 hours to under 3 minutes; fixed a recurring defect causing ~10 orders/week to lose product contents, requiring manual DB intervention and adding a day of shipping delay per batch.
- Managed conflicting EMEA and US product priorities, including divergent guest checkout, registration and upsell roadmaps, by implementing feature flags for market-specific experiences on a shared codebase.
- Delivered Venchi’s Australia showcase website end-to-end: defined requirements, configured D365 Commerce, built the React frontend, and trained the local team on platform management (CMS, DAM, PIM).
