Scope: Milan Public Transport App: core in-app journeys and cross-channel operating processes
- Supported the launch of the new ATM app by helping define operational ownership, monitoring setup and validation processes, surfacing critical issues early.
- Co-defined the implementation roadmap to rework end-to-end payment and refund flows, prioritizing improvements by impact and development effort using complaints and operational insights.
- Authored functional specs and user stories for shared mobility integrations and other in-app journeys; reviewed Figma prototypes with design and engineering to align scope and edge cases.
- Managed stakeholder alignment for refund flows and the cross-channel operating model, translating complex operational needs into actionable product requirements.
- Streamlined cross-functional workflows using Power Automate, optimizing capacity by ~1 FTE and improving efficiency in digital transport card operations.

- Owned the D365 Commerce e-commerce backlog, defining requirements and coordinating delivery with internal stakeholders and third-party implementation partners, including omnichannel initiatives such as the loyalty program.
- Led Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout integration, partnering with Microsoft’s product team on their first live customer implementation in D365 e-commerce.
- Delivered the Australia showcase website rollout, covering requirements, D365 back-office configuration, and hands-on front-end development; trained the local team remotely.
- Directed qualitative testing with third-party consultants on navigation, listing pages and checkout UX, including prototype testing, prioritizing improvements by user pain, expert feedback, and implementation effort.
- Optimized checkout reliability and order synchronization by translating issues into actionable requirements and supporting scalable fixes, with occasional hands-on front-end contributions in React.
