I care deeply about building a digital world accessible to anyone. My interest in human-computer interaction started back when I used to fix computers. Those early days sparked a curiosity about how things work, which grew into a professional dedication to making technology and products more welcoming and easier to use for everyone.
After earning a Bachelor’s in Engineering of Computing Systems, I pursued a double-degree MSc in Human-Computer Interaction – Design and Engineering. That journey helped me focus on putting people first in technology, especially through a specialization in accessible design and assistive technologies.
Empathy shapes how I work. It helps me listen, understand real needs, and create solutions that feel intuitive and respectful to the people using them.

In my current role at Citylink, I contribute to the integration of mobility services into the public transport app, simplify internal workflows, and help deliver actionable insights through Power BI. At Venchi, I oversaw the Dynamics 365 e-commerce platform, working on integrations, UX improvements, and scalable technical features.
Academic and professional experiences have strengthened my adaptability and precision. My technical foundation, paired with an eye for detail, allows me to tackle complex problems and refine the smallest imperfections.

- 💼 Business Analyst, Mobile App
Citylink – Smart Mobility by ATM
October 2021 – April 2024- Design integration strategy for digital transport card systems and other services in the public transport app, gathering requirements and benchmarking solutions.
- Automate workflows across departments with Power Automate, reducing manual handling of digital transport card related operations.
- Build and maintain Power BI models and automated data flows to monitor ATM app performance from multiple sources.

October 2021 – April 2024- Oversaw Dynamics 365 e-commerce platform, focusing on integrations, UX/UI enhancements, and technical delivery.
- Managed front-end development for new features to continuously improve customer experience.

Personal Passions
Outside of technology, I find balance and inspiration in music, volunteering, cycling, hiking and skiing. Music helps me focus and reflect more deeply, while volunteering gives me perspective and keeps me connected to others.
