I am driven by the vision of an inclusive digital world, accessible to everyone. My fascination with human-computer interaction has grown from early days of troubleshooting computers into a professional commitment to designing and developing universally welcoming digital experiences.

After obtaining a Bachelor’s in Engineering of Computing Systems, I pursued a double-degree Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction and Design. This academic journey solidified my commitment to placing humans at the heart of technological innovation. My specialization in accessible design and assistive technologies is a testament to my dedication to creating digital environments that are inclusive and user-friendly.

Empathy is the cornerstone of the professional ethos, guiding the approach to technology. It drives the understanding and anticipation of user needs, enabling the creation of solutions that not only meet but resonate with users on a personal level.

In my current role at Venchi, I oversee the Dynamics 365 e-commerce platform, concentrating on integrations, UX, and UI enhancements, along with the delivery of technical solutions. I am responsible for crafting the technical designs of new business features, ensuring each is scalable, robust, and optimized for efficiency. This work involves navigating complex challenges and enhancing system performance and user experience, showcasing a dedication to excellence in digital environments.

Academic and professional experiences have honed technical skills and adaptability. A strong technical background, combined with an acute eye for detail, empowers the identification and rectification of even the smallest imperfections.
